Your Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing projects in organisational development, communications, and project management.

  • Assist with research, project preparation, and documentation.

  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of seminars, events, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Take ownership of small, independent work packages.

  • Gain first-hand experience of our methodologies, international networks, and community-driven initiatives.

Your Profile

  • Student or recent graduate seeking practical professional experience.

  • Strong interest in innovation, community development, education, or entrepreneurship.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Proficient in common digital tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
