For e-visa application you will need:

A scanned image of your passport’s information page.

A passport size photograph.

A scanned image of the last page of your passport.

Republic of Azerbaijan Official Electronic Visa Portal (evisa.gov.az)

All other country citizens need to apply to the Embassy of Azerbaijan with in their country of residence.
Registration upon place of stay
​
Foreigners temporarily staying in the Republic of Azerbaijan for more than 15 days should get registered upon place of stay.
​
For the registration, within 15 days after arrival in the country, apply via electronic services of the official website of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, e-government portal, e-mail (qeydiyyat@migration.gov.az) or in person to the regional migration departments, or “ASAN service” centres.
